Living in Russia, and even far in the outback, it is difficult at all to think about "great, deep, tenderness and trembling" if every day the so-called "Russian death" is before your eyes. We are all in the gutter, but sometimes we gaze at the stars.
lyrics
When the darkness falls
My desperation grows
Everything I need
Will be the end of me
To live is the rarest thing in the world.
Most people exist, that's all.
To live is the rarest thing in the world.
Most people exist, that's all.
I was a prisoner; will you know my name?
Locked up by the eternal bars and bolts of the insane.
Insane.
To live is the rarest thing in the world.
Most people exist, that's all.
We are all in the gutter,
But some of us are looking at the stars.
Questions are never indiscreet,
Answers sometimes are.
We are all in the gutter,
But some of us are looking at the stars.
Questions are never indiscreet,
Answers sometimes are.

The world is a better place for having this album in it. Great guitar and fantastic drums. Fits nicely along side Deafheaven in my collection. Recolour
