A song about spiritual and physical search, a kind of journey. Wandering shadows, ghosts of the past against the background of the starry sky - there is nowhere to escape from this, except to yourself.
Nature is within us, we are in the heart of nature.
lyrics
Fallen tear.
Starlight and dewdrops are waiting for you.
The significance of the words 'never again' echoes from our past.
I catch these glimpses of who you used to be.
I catch these glimpses of who you used to be.
Are these the shadows of things that will be, or that may be?
The shades in my wrestled, their way into my slumber.
The light from the stars
Softer than satin
Stars cannot shine without darkness.
Distant number stations, backwards music channels...
Cryptic messages in the white noise.
It was like their voices were being carried on the wind.
Life is agony.
Life is agony.
Life is agony.
Life is agony. Is agony.
The world is a better place for having this album in it. Great guitar and fantastic drums. Fits nicely along side Deafheaven in my collection. Recolour
